Hippos at the St. Lucia Estuary

Hippopotamuses or hippos is a large, mainly herbivorous mammal in sub-Saharan Africa. They are the third largest land mammal behind the elephant and rhinoceros. They are threatened by habitat loss and poaching for their meat and ivory canine teeth.
